Rotating savings ยท done in the open

A savings circle everyone can trust.

A group puts in a fixed amount each round, and one member collects the pot โ€” turn by turn until everyone has. Turnwyse keeps the whole thing on one shared record that every member sees.

๐Ÿ”’ We never touch your money. It's a record, not a wallet.

The notebook problem

Old way: one person holds the book.
Everyone else just hopes.

Savings circles have run on trust for centuries โ€” and on a single coordinator's notebook. Who paid? Whose turn is next? Was the order changed? Members usually can't see, so the whole thing rests on faith in one person.

Turnwyse replaces faith with a record everyone holds at the same time.

How it works

Three steps. Total visibility.

1

Start a circle

Add your members, set the contribution and how often it's collected โ€” weekly, monthly, your call.

2

Agree the order

Fixed, a random draw, or by bid. However you decide, every member can see the rotation in full.

3

Watch it go round

Each round one member collects the pot. Every contribution and payout is logged for the whole group.

Why it's different

Transparency isn't a feature here.
It's the whole point.

One shared ledger

Everyone sees the same record, updated the moment something changes. No private book, no "trust me."

Two-sided confirmation

A member marks a payment, the coordinator confirms it. Nothing is recorded โ€” or quietly changed โ€” alone.

The rotation, in the open

See exactly whose turn it is and who has already collected. The order can't be reshuffled in the dark.

We never touch your money

A record, not a wallet. No funds held, no fees skimmed, nothing for anyone to run off with.

Any amount, anywhere

Numbers only โ€” no currency symbol. Works for any group, in any country, in any amount they agree.

Gentle reminders

Everyone knows when their contribution is due and when payout day lands. No chasing on WhatsApp.

A practice as old as community

People have saved in circles for generations โ€” under a hundred different names.

Whatever your group calls it, the mechanics are the same the world over. Turnwyse just brings them into the light.

Questions

Good to know.

Does it hold our money?

No. Turnwyse is tracking only โ€” a shared record of who has paid and whose turn it is to collect. Contributions move between members exactly as they always have. There's no wallet, no escrow, and nothing for anyone to abscond with.

What is a rotating savings circle?

A small group agrees to contribute a fixed amount each round. Each round, the whole pot goes to one member, rotating until everyone has collected once. It's a simple, time-tested way to save and access a lump sum without a bank.

Can the coordinator change things behind our backs?

That's exactly what this prevents. Every contribution needs two-sided confirmation, the rotation order is visible to all, and every action is timestamped in an activity log that the whole circle can see.

Can I run more than one circle?

The free app runs one circle, with unlimited members, on the keeper's phone. Running several at once comes with Pro.
